As sociologists and as specialists in group dynamics, we study human society and social interaction – in other words, we study groups.

With our specific knowledge, experience and wide variety of tools, we are able to look beyond the limited observations typically made when assessing group function. We look at the values and ideas shared by group members – groups ranging from work teams to organisations, and the forces at work within these groups and the forces that change these groups.  In other words, we analyse groups, their group structure and process. With our background as psychometrists, we are also able to analyse individual group members and their particular contribution to a group, including the variances in performance that will result from an alteration of group membership composition.
